100 Nights In The "growler Prowler"

Tim and Adrianne Schlapp would like to submit their travel log for the 100 Nights award.

I would just like to say that our Camp Inn teardrop travel trailer is the best investment we have ever made. Absolutely life-altering. Not only do we travel more, we travel in style! I remember our fist night in the teardrop - snug in bed, looking at the beautiful woodwork and cabinet fixtures, I felt almost embarrassed to be “camping” in such luxury! The last time we were car-camping, we were in a leaky, basement-smell, two-person Eureka Timberline tent, freezing on the North Shore of Lake Superior. But more than the comfort and convenience of our teardrop, we have made so many good friends through the TearJerkers gatherings - they’re like a family reunion where only the fun family members attend! We’re so happy to see everyone in April and we’re so sad to say “until next year” in October.

We picked up our 2013 Camp Inn 550 Ultra is #658 on June 18, 2014. Our tow vehicle started out as a 2007 Subaru Outback but we switched to a 2009 Subaru Forester in 2015, although we have used both vehicles, usually the one WITHOUT the appropriate state park sticker on the windshield - can you relate? Hope to see you out and about - we’re the ones with the “bean” fender tables.
