We have been the sole owners of this "Tiltin' Hilton" and have kept it in the garage when it has not been out on the road or in a campground. It is smoke free and pet free. The stove and sink have had minimal usage. New battery installed in May 2016.

We did not purchase the AC or heating units and have found no need for them. Body heat has kept us warm (even when it was snowing outside!) and when it was hot we were usually on a hiking trail or sitting outside in the campground.

    It comes equipped with:
    Electric brakes
    Roof fan/vent - DC powered
    Stainless steal cooler stand
    Rear bumper
    Door screens (pair)
    Coupler lock
    Upgraded mattress in 2009
    Stainless steel folding dining table
All written material that came with the teardrop

It's in very good condition. Come take a look! $13,500. 916-661-1080.

Trailer looks to be in reasonably good condition for being 12 years old, however, if you look at other units that have sold on here, they are 2-3 years newer and equipped with A/C, heater, 12 volt cooler, etc. going for what you are asking. I feel that $9000 would be a fair price and would be willing to drive to Sacramento to view and possibly purchase it if you would consider that. Let me know if your interested. Thanks and best regards, Glen.

    Glen-

Thank you for your interest. We've kept our Teardrop in good shape and hope to get our asking price. Since it has been on the forum for less than a week, we'll stay with this price.

    Hi Linda -
It's about 900 lbs unloaded. We've pulled it with the Subaru Forester. Has worked well.
