Calling all chili recipes (not crazy hot)...

    I have been trying out various chili recipes and none of them really jump with flavor. Does anybody have a favorite that they'd be willing to share? There are tons on the internet, but wanted to see if folks here had a favorite. I love spicy but we have to tame it down for our daughter. Any suggestions are welcome!
