    Had this one tonight.
    1/2 C chopped onion
    1/2 lb lean pork sausage
    1/2 yellow pepper
    1/2 orange pepper
    1/2 red pepper
1 med. carrot sliced on bias
    1 C sliced cabbage
2 stalks celery sliced on bias
using cast iron cooking utensil, (skillet, or DO), lightly coat pan with sesame oil, and brown sausage, add onion stirring often. As onions start to turn clear, add rest of veggies. Stir until veggies are hot and steaming.

    Serve over brown rice.
My be seasoned with soy sauce.

Normally I don't add oil, but this sausage was rather dry. The flavor was excellent, and it held true to stir fry, an hour later I was hungry again. and yes I gave in to my hunger. Popcorn!

Definitely.... I am not a cook but all I could think of was my friend, a chef, saying "It's got to be pretty" Passed that test and the flavor too!

Thanks again...I'll have to check out more of your recipes

A cast iron skillet is fine. I just love cooking with the ci(ifollowed the rule). The appeal to the eye is why the different colored peppers, and it does make a pretty site. Sorry I didn't take photo, I am getting bad about that.
