I love s'mores. Especially the part with the marshmallow is a flaming ball barely hanging onto the stick over the fire. But my friend Kathy converted me to an interesting variation this weekend that I wanted to share. You will need:

1 Shrimp basket for cooking shrimp on a grill.
Graham crackers (split in half to make squares)
    Regular size marshmallows
Standard milk or dark chocolate slabs to fit on the crackers

    (1) Assemble the s'mores (cracker, chocolate, marshmallow, then another cracker).
    (2) Place in shrimp basket and carefully compress/close so that the basket is sealed.
    (3) Roast over the fire until the crackers are lightly browned. The chocolate and marshmallows should be getting gooey.
    (4) Take out of the baskets, distribute and enjoy!

I still love the original s'more, but these were brilliant because the graham cracker is hot and crisp while everything else was perfectly melted. Kathy brought the shrimp basket as part of our gear and it is now on our official shopping list for the Firefly. Please let me know if you try it!
