Wiener enchillada

Hey, Its been a long time, but here is a real easy and delicious one pot dish.
Ingredients
package of hot dogs or sausages of choice
tortilla to wrap hot dogs (I prefer corn)
canned chili (2) if doing whole package
shredded cheese
chopped onion
all ingredient quantities to your taste
in an appropriate size DO, pour a layer of chili
roll hot dogs up with a tortilla I add a little cheese in with the dog. Place wrapped hot dogs(seam side down) on top of chili in pan. when you have all the dogs you want in pan, top with chili, ensuring that wraps are covered. Spread shredded cheese, and onions on top of chili, cover and bake @ 350 for 30 to 45 minutes. Add additional onions as a garnish and hot sauce if desired.
This is a great fall casserole for the cool evenings.
