    Design Change Question and Poll

The gutters below the counter lids and surrounding the storage area openings are intended to help catch spills on the counter top. Fluid or powder that goes over the sides of the counter lids would first fill into these gutters, preventing, or at least reducing, the amount getting into the...

    Condensation question

Adding insulation would definitely help with the condensation. Adding the insulation will not stop the condensation, but it will lower the outside temperature at which the condensation forms in that area. I do have a few concerns: 1. The reason we don't put anything under the trailer to...

    Condensation question

It might help if I describe what is happening that causes the condensation problem. I have explained this to several of our "cold weather" customers. It helped to have them in front of me so I could sketch out some diagrams. Since you aren't here, I drew up some pictures and I will try to...

    Hatch Leaks

We use Butyl caulk for sealing the end of the side hatch-gaskets near the hinge. We squirt a little into the end, and put a small blob on the end. When you push it on, push it tight to the hinge. Clean off some of the excess, but you need to leave a little behind for sealing. Make sure the...

    Winterize Video on YouTube

Barry & Annie The side tent set-up is one of the next videos we had planned. As long as the snow stays away..... We can't do this one inside, it is too hard pounding in the tent stakes. When designing the side tent and the rain fly, we designed them with a specific set-up procedure in...

    550 / 560 Why Buy A Camp-inn – Musings Of A Buyer

Hi Gary, Thank you for all your compliments. You are right about our success being dependent on the internet. We could have a 20,000 square foot showroom and we would have sold 2 trailers. Without the internet, we would have to use dealerships (add 15-20%) and traveling salesmen setting up...

    Winterizing on YouTube

Couple of answers to ladymc: #1 - Do I need to winterize if stored in a garage in Texas? If a bowl of water would freeze solid, then I would say Yes, winterize it. If it would just get a thin crust of ice that would melt in a day or two, you will be fine. This goes for cold weather...

    Winterizing on YouTube

Not a big issue. There is only a small amount of water in that area and over time the anti-freeze will slowly mix with it. Even if it freezes, there isn't anything to break. Opening the valve just gets the anti-freeze everywhere. Craig
