We will be picking ours up in a couple of weeks, and boyare we excited. When you buy a camp in, you get photos of yours as it is being built. The craftmanship you see going into it is remarkable. Watching it go from framed to skinned made me feel comfortable in knowing I would have this...
Thanks! Yes, we have begun nesting and have started cleaning out our storage room ( garage ) and are planning the decorations for the nursery. So far the decoration include: coolers, camp chairs, kayaks, random car parts, etc. however the husband would only let me hang the kayaks, but not the...
Well, our 560 Ultra is in the incubator and the "ultra"-sound pictures are showing a healthy baby camper. The pictures came through very clear, I was even able to count ribs and see soft tissue forming. I've counted its toes and sure enough, there are three wheels, just as expected of the...
Betsey,
Any way to pay you and Craig off to get us a build date? This winter has been so mild, all we talk about is when we get the CI. Its very hard to concentrate on anything else. We also need to plan our vacation time for the year....
Mike, welcome!
the above is my one and only with his 2 cents. Most of which I agree with. Having the Scotty last summer helped me with what really needs to go. My prob is that I went to High School in the 80's which means I over pack for everything. Think big cans of hairspray and 3 polo's...
Cuurently I am traveling for work, so I am learning to live out of a carry on and a laptop bag. So this should help with my tendancy to want to take the kitchen sink.
Thanks, everyone! We actually went to Bass Pro on Wednesday, we only walked out with a steak saver propane adaptor. Cabella's is much more dangerous for us. For some reason we cannot walk out of there without spending $500.
Well, yesterday was my birthday, what better day than this to send back the contract for our 560 Ultra? Now, let the waiting begin...
So, in the meantime, gather supplies, dream of camping adventures, plan, plan, plan.

When you are out on the road is when you really appreciate the apps.
- and we are (im)patiently waiting for the contract to arrive in our mailbox. With any luck we will be mailing the check on Christmas eve for our 560 Ultra.
My husband and I used it this summer and I love it. We are not the plan ahead type and loved it for its convenience of use and ability to phone campgrounds on the fly. Also loved the ability to find stores nearby.
Only drawback is not from the app itself, but by cell signal availability.
