Cary, just got a new F150 to tow our campinn. Brakes are way off. Way too aggressive. Have trailer and truck controller on lowest gain setting. I have also backed the brake shoes all the way off but no luck. Do I need to recalibrate the trailer? Is there a fuse on the trailer brake controller...

Thanks for the response. As you suggest I figured I would tie into the running lights (license plate night running light) and run with the headlights on while towing. Let me know how the transmission works when towing as I understand it can deteriorate due to the large amount of metal exterior...
