Rockpals Foldable Solar Panel 100w With Kickstand

I have that panel, it seems to work fine with the CI solar controller. I had previously had trouble keeping my fridge running for multiple days, but it turns out I had the wrong fridge setting (not the panels fault). I haven't used it for longer than 3 days tho.

Morning Cup Of Coffee And Weather

You can buy Mexican coke many places in the US, and I think that's the same recipe as what they sell in Europe. It's the real sugar instead of high fructose corn syrup.

    Dead Batteries Aren't Much Fun

Hooking up a second trailer to the CI sounds like it'd be an even bigger nightmare to backup lollll

    Foldable E-bikes?

We have a RadWagon4, which I can use to carry my two small kids on the back. It's really great. It's heavy as HELL though, something like 80+ lbs including accessories. Once the kids are big enough to ride their own bikes I'll be selling it and going with a lighter one probably.

    Lost our cutting board

I totally must've forgotten to latch my hatch because apparently it popped open on the Illinois toll road, somewhere around the skyway connecting Chicago to Indiana. Definitely had people signaling to me like crazy. Luckily I just lost a fold up garbage can and a bag of trail mix. I can't even...

100w Solar Not Enough Or Am I Doing Something Wrong?

I have ROCKPALS RP082 100w Foldable... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08CDNFH7M?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share. According to at least one review, one person was able to get 33w in the shade. I confirmed this by plugging it into my 560 today while the panel was inside my garage and my voltage went up to 13v+.

100w Solar Not Enough Or Am I Doing Something Wrong?

This past weekend in Michigan it was a perfect 75 degrees with clear skies. I had the fridge stored outside of the camper for the most part and it was down to 50/60 during the day. Our campsite was shaded and while I did chase the sun around a couple of times, I obviously wasn't going to spend...

100w Solar Not Enough Or Am I Doing Something Wrong?

Hi. I'd like your opinion on what could be going wrong here. We have a 560 Ultra, no AC, with solar option, AGM battery. Here are the primary draws of electricity: 1. Dometic Cf35 2. Fantastic fan 3. Lights 4. Charge phones, etc I also have a 100w foldable solar panel that I have plugged in...

I love my EV EXCEPT when I'm towing our camp-inn. Range loss sucksssss

    Ford Maverick Truck!!

The first half of this statement is indisputably true. Disagree with the second half. A truck like the F150 lightning (320 miles on a charge and you can fully recharge overnight) already probably covers 50-80% of all non-urban use cases. Once EVs are on 800+v architectures and charging stations...

    Foldable E-bikes?

Just thinking ahead but at some point in the future we may have four bikes (my kids are so young now they can't even ride a bike). Can't fit four in the TV. I wonder if they'll make full on proper boxes for ebikes in the future.

    Foldable E-bikes?

Do you think if we put the folding ebike in a bucket like so it would work better? I guess maybe putting it in the TV might work better?

    Foldable E-bikes?

Anyone with experience stowing foldable e-bikes inside a 560? Any issues on how they'd fit etc? My kids are still young but in the future I'd like to bring some ebikes camping with us and it seems like just throwing foldable bikes in the cabin would be an easy way to transport?

How To Buy A Used Ci?

First step is to get the unit number and VIN and call CI to make sure the unit for sale is legit. After that, if Cary has had a relationship with the prior owners I would just pay a nominal earnest money (~$250). I think we did a deposit of $500 with ours the day before we saw the unit and a...

    Possible New Buyer 560 Ultra

We're new owners of a used 560 (as of April), and I love it. I have two small kids and they absolutely adore the "camping room" which is what they call it. Your family is unfortunately big enough that there's no way that you're all fitting in the trailer, but may want to consider using an ARB...

Morning Cup Of Coffee And Weather

I read the other day (can't find the link right now for the life of me) that we just have more 95-100+ degree days now than we did in the 90s (at least here in Chicago). It really was easier to go without AC a couple of decades ago.
