1.5" Lift Installed

Another addition for more ground clearance!

I cut and drilled some 1.5" square steel tubing as a lift spacer between the axle and the body. Worked wonderful.

Cary and team were kind enough to leave a good service loop in the brake lines which helped. I also gave myself a tad more when I previously replaced my brake assemblies.

Pics!

Installed with longer hardware. Plenty of brake line excess. Also added a foam adhesive section to help prevent wear on the E-Brake line on both sides:

Really happy with how it turned out and loving the higher ground clearance.

Next order of business... A good cleaning

Very nicely done. I have the SUV lift on my and that little boost makes a big difference. Add this too that, and cooking would be a might easier for us in the freakishly tall category.

I wish everyone left good service loops --- I hate when things are made down to the millimeter. An extra 6 inches of wire won't break the bank.
