Price Reduction! Storage costs are adding up. We are reducing the price to $15,500!

We are selling unit 0439, a 2011 560 Ultra. We love our raindrop, but we are now doing different things with our lives.
$15,500 asking price (reduced from $18,000).
$21,882.40 invoice price in 2011.
Over $32,000 for similarly equipped new in 2024.
Details:
We have traveled in the western US and Canada. Several of our trips have included our dogs. So, there is expected wear, but overall, the rig is in very good condition.
There are a few minor scratches on the exterior. The interior is in excellent condition. The kitchen has some staining on the backsplash from cooking on the propane stove but otherwise is good.
Included is a side entrance tent that was never used. Still in the original stuff sacks. A memory foam mattress topper is included. We also include an 85-watt solar panel with a PVC frame for angle adjustments.
For a few years the unit was stored outside with the cover, but for the past many years it has been stored inside.
See the invoice for a full list of features. We no longer have the storage cover or 25’ extension hoses listed on the invoice. Compared to a new model, the fan does not have the rain sense feature and the backup light does not have the current flood lights feature.
