Up graded from a Costco 10 x 20 shelter to a real shelter 12 x 20. Should keep things dry in the winter and shaded in the summer. The setup is in our side yard.

I think I want something like this - only much smaller - to put our new 2nd teardrop under. (Snugglebug goes in the garage).
 
Evan, I think sometimes smaller is better. For me, I now have a great shelter space that allows me to work around the trailer rain or shine. In Corvallis like Olympia, we certainly know what rain is. What I really like is the strength of the shelter against wind and occasional unexpected snow load that comes around.
