California Water Blade

Hi all!

I was washing Dottie today and as I was drying her off with the water blade, I was wondering how many folks use one of these? If you don't, I find that I use fewer chamois to dry her off, and thought I would mention it, in case it was something you didn't know about. Mick had it laying around in the garage, and it has been really useful, especially on the roof!

Here is one place I found them (but I am sure you can get them other places). It is more to give an idea of what they look like:

Hope it helps someone!

Thanks for mentioning the California water blade. I might just look into getting one next year (as my 2011 camping season has come to a close).

Yep, I have two that I've used for several years for car washing. Helps to get the great bulk of the water off quickly before the car begins to dry and leave mineral deposits, and then I hit the whole thing with a towel for the final drying. And, yes, they work even better on my 560 because it has almost no doubly-curved surfaces the way a vehicle does. They're overpriced but worth it (oxymoronic, I know). Mine both came from Costco way back when.
