Sink City Water Quick-connect

Hi!

I'm a new owner of a used Camp-Inn. She went to Necedah before coming to me, for repairs and upgrades - including a new water system.

On my maiden voyage to the Okefenokee last month, I couldn't get the city water quick-connect to, well, connect. The "sleeve" slides back, I push the male end of the connector in, but the sleeve doesn't click back into place. Is there a trick? What am I doing wrong?

Sometimes it can be a bit tricky. Using 2 hands, pull the sleeve back and then 'wiggle' the Male end in and out a bit to allow the sleeve to click back in place. Don't be afraid to put a bit of pressure on the male end while wiggling. Hope that kind of makes sense. Good luck.
