I drove a few miles on the city streets ( approx 20 miles ) to get a feel of both the 'Subaru's Towing ' capabilities, along with how the Gen Y Hitch would be affected and react to stops & accelerations.
IMH- Conclusions.. The Gen Y Hitch was a bit smoother riding & worth the upgraded costs $$ ...
I've towed my 560 with a conventional type of Tow Ball Hitch, using an ' Xterra & Yukon ' in the past.
