Good Ramen Recipie

Sounds tasty. Our favorite ramen hack is to add leftover BBQ (usually either pulled pork or brisket) to the standard brick-o-ramen noodles. The fat and smoke adds immediate depth. Add in a little sriracha and hoisin and we’re having a pretty cheap tasty dinner.

My reciped is much like dirty6:
A slice or two of sandwich ham, chunked, when BBQ isn’t available... and beat in a raw egg when the cooking is done (but before the ramen cools off!)

Sriracha and hoisin - yes!

Finish with a sprinkling of toasted sesame seeds...
