Resolved Insufficient privledge

I was looking around for a place to put a photo test so I went to the "Photo Gallery".

At the bottom where I would look for a "start thread" button, or some such, it said I had "Insufficient Privilege to Post"

Why would that be?

Jim, I believe that the Photo Gallery was 'shut off' once it became possible to post pictures anywhere in the forum.
