Iwatani butane stove -- perfect fit

Was surprised and tickled to discover my old Iwatani 35FW butane stoves slides PERFECTLY into the bottom of the 560 galley storage bay.
(Great secondary stove with 15,000 BTU solid brass burner, btw)

Hmmm… I’ve certainly wished to have a 3rd burner for hot water, tea, etc when covering the other two with the griddle!

Iwatani is Japanese company (though I learned they have a headquarters right here in Houston) and they are kinda the gold standard among indoor chefs. But they work well outdoors too (probably need a wind guard). They launched an outdoor line called Fore Winds. Not bad, but the burners aren't brass and have less output.

I carry a small single butane burner for making coffee in transit. That way I can use it in front of the ice chest.
