Iwatani is Japanese company (though I learned they have a headquarters right here in Houston) and they are kinda the gold standard among indoor chefs. But they work well outdoors too (probably need a wind guard). They launched an outdoor line called Fore Winds. Not bad, but the burners aren't brass and have less output.Hmmm… I’ve certainly wished to have a 3rd burner for hot water, tea, etc when covering the other two with the griddle!
