On the back cover of the manual is a check list that I religiously use when hitching up. Unfortunately, I lost the manual. The online manual does not include the check list from the back cover. Would someone be willing to take a picture and upload it for me?

I downloaded the pdf to my ipad mini. Really cheap. Just didn't have the check list on the back.
