Only used it one time, (putting it up in a windstorm I snaped the flex pole, looks like a std. pole need replaced) everything else is ready to set up and go. I paid over $400. MAKE ME A OFFER !
I also have the inside floor frame if you're setting up without tent pegs.

UP DATE got the flex pole on order so the tent will be all fixed.

Is the broken pole the ridge pole on top? I'm not familiar with these side tents except for the fact I don't have one. LoL.
What is the floor frame?

Yes top flex pole (I snapped the last leg piece about 12-15” inches long) .
The floor frame is made from pvc pipe,it goes around the perimeter to keep the floor on the ground if you can’t Steck it in the ground (setting up on concrete pad).
