What part of Colorado do you live in? Can you tell me more about the NB? Do they all come with a floor? Or is that an added assessory? Does yours have the floor? Also I have read about awnings, do all NB have awnings, how many? Or again us this an added option? And if so does yours have them? How many?

Jenny/Rob, this is not mine so Sky Bear will need to answer specifics. However, I do have a NB (not for sale) and can answer some of your questions.
No, not all NB come with a floor. That is an add on. For example, I do not have a floor on mine so I use a carpet by my galley.
Yes, all NB do have awnings. The awnings double as walls so technically, you can have up to 4 awnings. However, you would need poles for all of them which the standard only comes with a couple of poles so you can have 1 side as an awning. If you purchased more poles (they would not even have to be from NB), you could set it up so you had awnings on each side. However, when it is cold out, you could drop them down to give you more warmth under the canopy.
