one on one instruction

This question is more for the people who have or had their unit delivered to them.

Part of the CI package is the one on one check off, instructions and Q/A. This generally takes place when unit is picked up. How do the ones having a delivery get the "one on one" service? Although it wasn't the full tour, the time I spent with Marty was invaluable for my pleasurable time with a rain drop.
 
BIG reason to pick your up - but my opinion doesn't count since that's what I did.

I know cause ya get to camp on the way home. But I'm asking when do the ones getting theirs shipped, when do they get the personal instruction, or is strictly Q&A via email?
