When the running lights are on, are the side marker lights (orange in front, red in back) both supposed to be illuminated also?

Sorry two more questions.
Are either or both side marker lights (front and/ or back) supposed to be illuminated when the turn signal is on?
And are the back side marker lights supposed to illuminate when the interior lights are on?

I think the rear side markers act as blinkers too (but I'm not positive). For sure, the front side markers are not blinkers. The front side markers can be used as porch lights when camping (independent switches), but the rear lights are for driving only. Cabin lights have no effect on the marker lights.
