The Camp-Inn advantage

On our way South we stopped for the night at Ft. Pierce KOA. Due to our rig, the owner gave us his Presidential Sweet Spot for the night. Not only did it have a brick patio, it had a tree and shade. No big deal until you know that this is the ONLY tree and the only shade in the campground. Nice when it is 85o.

In Bahia Honda we got this 3/4 acre private site, considered a tent site with utilities right across from the beach. However, Florida will allow trailers on tent sites if the total length is under 14'. Best and largest site in the park. The Camp-Inn advantage.

That's what it's all about. We've gotten special treatment too from rangers who are about to say that we can't put two tears in a tent site, but then decide to call them deluxe "tents".

It would be interesting to know which states follow this policy.
