We have decided to act more like we are retired and spend more time on the road. Therefore, we are upgrading to a larger unit. We enjoyed the 2 seasons in the “Tipi” but our old bones say make it easier. This unit has been well cared for prior to our ownership, including a full factory service call. We have kept it in heated storage both winters.

    Hi Neil,
Did you buy this new? Second owner?
I've heard that the sunroof is no longer available through CI. Has yours ever leaked?
You have a cooler cozy, how about a cooler or AC/DC refrigerator?

I believe I am the 3rd owner. The owner before me took it to Camp Inn for service. Apparently it had some issue with the galley skin and had it replaced. Also the hitch installation procedure had improved so they upgraded the hitch to current standards. The Sun Riof has not leaked but Camp Inn has had problems so they do not offer them anymore. I called Cary at Camp Inn before I bought it and he was very helpful and remembered the service work.
We just use the std Coleman cooler that comes with the unit.
It’s a great unit but we are both 74 and not has mobile as we thought we were.
We are planning to by a small motor home and go soft.

It's a bit after the fact, but I was the second owner of the unit, but I'm happy to answer any questions the new owner may have about the history.

Hi Neil. Hope you are enjoying the motorhome! :)

    Jonathan

P.S. I still remember the banana bread your wife gave me when you all came to pick the unit up. I haven't had any as good since! LOL

Tried to send you an email when we put it up for sale but it bounced back.
How are doing? Have you finished school?
Our son is taking the Tipi.
We have been out 2 nights in the “no name yet” Motorhome. We bought a new Jayco Melbourne 24 LP. Plan on some major touring going forward.
    Send me your new email.

    Howdy!

I just sent you an email. Not sure why it bounced before. Let me know if you don't get it.

Congrats on the new purchase--the Melbourne is a nice RV on that Sprinter chassis.
