Dealing with Issues or Concerns

From time to time you may have an issue with your Camp-Inn that requires direct assistance from Cary or Craig to resolve. Since this forum is not run by Camp-Inn, we suggest that the best way to proceed is by emailing or calling Cary directly. Once your issue is taken care of, feel free to post about your experience on the forum.

The reason we suggest this - rather than posting first to the forum - is that, while Cary and Craig do actively participate here, they are generally offline during the weekends (probably out camping or else competing in motorized wheelchair long-jumping competitions). There is, of course, lots of good advice, (or, at least, well-meant advice) to be had here, but when an official Camp-Inn solution is required, you probably want to go directly to the boss.
