New setup for recipes and campgrounds!

George has been busy reorganizing the Camp Cooking & Dutch Ovens area. He's broken the recipes into subcategories to make them easier to find.
When posting a new recipe, you can now post it in the appropriate subcategory.

I've done the same for the camground section - the U.S. has been broken up into regions, with one additional international region.
