Jenn, I use this one: Camco 25573 RV Bullseye Level (Amazon) I keep it in the utensil drawer, set it on the counter then level....you can see the side to side and tongue level at the same time...I didn't want to permanently mount the level(s)

Contact Cary, he'll set you up with a 560 owner in your area. Once you see it up close and personal you'll see why we all think they are worth the price. Keep in mind while shopping around...you get what you pay for! And I can almost guarantee you won't get the personal attention and service...

Not to sound stupid and I get the Crisco thing (it's soft)...but, is bee's wax softened or melted before applying to the CI or do you just cut off a chunk from the brick and rub it on the hot pan? AJ
