We stayed at Songdog near New Cuyama (near Carizzo Plain) and it was great. Owner is great. Great property. Highly recommend it. The owner may give you a little tour of his house.

I've been wondering how this campground/resort was, so thanks for the report. They host a little music festival, if I recall, but I can't make it this year. Am sure the campground sells out before they even announce the festival.

I'll try that with the doors. I just use a can of whatever is handy in the TD, such as spray olive oil. If it rolls, it ain't level.
