    Announcement 560 Ultra In Incubation

Congratulations & good luck with the waiting! I'm curious about your teardrop rental. Has CampInn started renting units again? Or are you renting something else to get a feel for the teardrop camping experience? I'm sure you will have a great time & I'm jealous. I'd love to make the...

    Flag Pole Mount

This sounds like a great idea! When you report back would you please post pictures also to show exactly how it all looks once attached to the existing unused hole on the tongue? I'm more of a visual learner....lol Thanks. Casandra

    Another 4K+ Mile Trip!

Dan, The reunion (and kind of work that my mind is imagining you must have done) sounds awesome! And a big THANK YOU to you and Vanessa both for your service to this great nation! We would not enjoy the freedoms of everyday life as we know it......or traveling and loving our CampInn...

Potomac River - Green Ridge State Forest

I know exactly what you mean! There are so many places that I want to go and explore and there just isn't enough time to do it justice in the measly 2 weeks vacation my husband is able to take at one time. How on earth am I supposed to drive our 560 from Texas and see Alaska in 2 weeks...

    The "Dew Drop Inn" Chronicles

You see some of the coolest campers up in your neck of the woods! I have two girlfriends from Texarkana, Arkansas area that rolled into Port Townsend this evening. They flew into Portland this past Monday and are road tripping their way up the Oregon & Washington coast this week. I'm so...

    Another 4K+ Mile Trip!

Google is a dangerous place for me. I get lost in there for hours! (See Eric & Joan's Potomac River post this week in the General Photo Gallery). Your "reunion from an old unit".....did you serve in the military? Mother Nature most definitely has finally remembered it is summer in...

Potomac River - Green Ridge State Forest

Thank you for sharing! Sounds like a fun weekend! You peaked my curiosity and I just spent the past 2 hours lost in cyberspace researching about the C&O Canal and the Paw Paw Tunnel; which led me to this photo (@ the Paw Paw Tunnel) of American cyclist, Frank Lenz, around the world bicycle...

    Battery Source

Thank you for posting. This is great info to know when the need arises! And from this post, I now know there is an American Power Systems location in Garland, TX just about 30 minutes away from us.

    List of camping tips

Our last camping trip we made "s'moreos" using the green mint Oreos.....YUM!!!

    Out of Gas?

From reading how little most of you have refilled your tank, we must really go thru the gas! Back in March we were camping at Table Rock Lake in Branson, Missouri and ran out of gas just as I was finishing up supper one evening. The worst part was that I couldn't make coffee the next morning...

    Subaru Outback whistle

So, sounds like it is more of an issue with a shorter/smaller tow vehicle that wouldn't divert as much airflow off the front of the 560?

    Subaru Outback whistle

We have never noticed any whistle/noise towing our 560 with a Toyota Sequoia. Now, with my kayak on top of the car.....that's another story sometimes. What is the purpose of the "keder rail" on the front of the 560 anyway? Casandra

    My. Pisgah for 25

You are making me so envious as we have been right at 100 degrees here in north Texas for the past 2 weeks and there is no way we can drive just 100 miles and find temps in the 70s.....would probably have to drive more like 600-700 miles at least. Happy 20th Anniversary you two & many more...

Sevier River / Castle Rock Campground

Looks like a fantastic and fun trip! Really enjoy seeing all the photos! I'm just getting into kayaking and think I'd love to try some mild whitewater....but there isn't really any nearby or anyone willing to try it with me. :/ Casandra

    Flag Pole Mount

I'm really interested in hearing/seeing what others have done in this regard also! When we toured the factory to decide if a CampInn was right for us, I asked Marty (or maybe Cary) about this very thing......told him it might be a deal breaker if my 560 couldn't have a flag pole mount option...

    North Carolina

Our oldest son was a Marine and stationed at Camp Lejeune 2009-2012. We made 3 road trips out there from Texas & DH flew out twice. We didn't get our 560 until after he was already out of the service, but we did haul our Hi-Lo camper all 1300 miles out there in August 2010 on a spur of the...

    Camp inn sighting?

I couldn't find the preview clip with the teardrop in it, but did find this photo with a Little Guy (Silver Shadow I believe). https://twitter.com/PaulFromFox5/statuses/615858725048467456
