FOR SALE 2019 Raindrop 560 Ultra - PRICE REDUCED!

NOTE LOWERED PRICE!

Unit Number 967

This trailer has 2,900 miles on it.
We purchased it new in May 2019 and had it shipped from the Camp-Inn factory in Necedah, WI to our home in Tucson, Arizona.
It has been stored in a commercial, climate-controlled storage facility since new.

A new $700 lithium battery as well as a new $540 CTEK D250SE battery charger were added last month. Queen size mattress, Cozy seating area that converts to bunk beds for kids, grandkids, dogs or storage. It also has an unused side entrance tent that I just discovered. That's a $393 option.

I am attaching a build sheet with all the options that our camper has.

The build sheet shows today’s costs.

We’re selling our trailer after having used it a total of only 2,900 miles in seven years.
We purchased it new in May 2019 and had it shipped from the Camp-Inn factory in Necedah, WI to our home in Tucson, Arizona.
It has been stored in a commercial, climate-controlled storage facility except for 2 trips in the Sonoran Desert and one trip to Boise, Idaho in the middle of a very hot July.
The trailer has never seen snow nor ice.
I am attaching a build sheet with all the options that our camper has.

Very nice and a great deal!

Hello, we are very interested in your trailer. We live in California and would be able to get to AZ fairly soon. Can you let us know if there is anything that is broken, missing, or significantly worn? Also, are there any musty, smokey, pet, or other odors? Thanks so much!

Hello Chris,
Thank you for your interest in our trailer. Sorry for the late reply. I've been out of town a since yesterday and just picked up your message.
I need to tell you that several days ago I made a date with another prospective buyer to inspect the unit to see if he wants to buy it.
He's driving from out of state as well and in fairness I need to give him a chance to see it first.
We are meeting Monday of next week. I will let you know the outcome one way or the other.
To answer your questions: there is absolutely nothing broken or significantly worn at all. It truly is as new.
There are however 2 parts that I've misplaced. One is a reserve propane adapter which is an $18.75 item on the Camp-Inn website store.
The other is 4-foot accessory gas hose which is a $15.12 part on the same site. I never used either one and I just can't find them.
However, I did note in my amended post that I discovered I had the silver side entrance tent which I've never used. That's a $393 option.
The interior of the trailer smells new. We have never had any pets in it, it has never been smoked in and these trailers are so well built with proper condensation vents so there is no possibility of musty smells.
I'll let you know if it's sold or not.
