There are better web sites than here specifically about roadside stops for the night. Personally, we aim for state parks, I just feel safer knowing that I don't have transient people able to walk up when I'm asleep....I know it's a false sense because everyone in a state park is transient as I am, but it's somehow different to me.
Where can you go? Just about everywhere

. When I'm pulling mine I actually forget it's there...just buy the brakes, you'll never regret having them.
The only tough pull I've had was up the hills in Virginia on my way to Raleigh. I was fine, there was just no way I could hold the 75 mph speed...my tow vehicle has a small Diesel engine, and all my grunt is low end.
Accessories? Hmm....dometic cf35 cooler is awesome, it is a campinn option. If you have time, watch your local camping world. Ours runs a super sale about once a year selling for a lot less
LED puck lights in the storage bins make life easier, as does a good tent to go over the trailer or gally when shade trees are not available. I love my paha que 12x12.
The best non-accessory is a good Chardonnay or bottle of your favorite beverage

.
You'll find all kinds of things you think you'll need, but there isn't much you REALLY need. Although, my junk box is always about to explode because of over stuffed "necessities".
We love ours, and am getting really frustrated because weather and commitments havnt allowed us to get out this year yet....I'm getting the shakes.
