@TimC Re: Title, always good to check your state DMV/Treasurer as each does things its own way---title is different from the tags

But for the sake of conversation-anyone lurking to learn:
1.Always wise to confirm the build number and year and prior ownership if possible by calling Cary at CampInn. That way if a title is missing you have a start on getting info to get going on getting a "lost title" issued in your state...
2.since there is a license on it, thats a good start too.
