No 18 wheel stork. Benn and Meribeth are planning to arrive here tomorrow right after lunch to pick it up. I will be seeing them tomorrow.

Cary

No 18 wheel stork. Delivery by "snow" stork. Two crazy Floridians decided to go get their new born in December. So we are in Madison tonight wachting it snow :>)

Don't mean to rain...ah, snow on your parade but this storm is supposed to continue into tomorrow, changing into freezing drizzle for most of day...not looking too good...and there goes our chance to see the lunar eclipse tonight... :(

On a happier note, I'm thinking school will be delayed & perhaps even canceled tomorrow! Snow day! WooHoo!

Safe travels!

Betsey, One of our daughters was on a contract in Kenosha. She is a traveling nurse. This contract ended this morning. She took off for home at about 10am. She has been in snow and rain since south of Indy. She is about 2 hours from home now. We even have a chance for a white Christmas.

Benn and Meribeth, I wish you guys the best of luck with your new baby. What are your plans on the way back home?
Steve

"Neither snow nor rain nor freezing rain nor gloom of night stays these CI elves from the swift completion of their appointed raindrops"

See you folks tomorrow

Wow, sounds like the weather God's are no cooperating for you. Drive and travel ever so safely, you have a new addition in tow!

Thanks all,
We signed the wall, stuck the pin in the map, picked up our raindrop today and are on our way home.

We had it gift wrapped ( wrapped for shipping) for the trip home so it does not get coated with road salt. So.... we will not get to camp in the raindrop on the way home :>( More pictures when we get back home.

Congrats, Benn & Meribeth. Let us know when you've got that first night, and I'll give you your badge.

Congratulation Benn & Meribeth. Ours should be done by Christmas. When we were trying to decide on delivery or pick up we opted for the 18 wheel stork for the exact reasons you experienced. No offense to our Camp-Inn friends, but one of the last places I would choose to be in winter is Wisconsin. Yesterday I put up Christmas decorations in a t-shirt, not bad considering it was only 55 in our part of Virginia.

AJ,

We aren't too far off in temps from you...today it was 45º for a high.

And Craig & I were out putting up Christmas lights in our t-shirts, too! :o
