Dumping grey water

jpbrew

Novice
Went to dump the grey water in my sisters 32 ft class c. When filling with potable fresh water, put it in the gas tank instead on the water tank. $700 later, every thing works fine.

We were filling up our 560's water tank downtown at the artesian well and a woman wanted to know if our trailer ran on water...

Perhaps you are just a bit ahead of our time, jp :)

Evan - that's hilarious!

JP - that's just ONE reason we never loaned our 5th wheel to anyone that wasn't familiar with them. They are very complicated beasts...

Seeing this thread reminded us of one of the many reasons we opted to go with a simple trailer. Fewer components that we can mess up. Glad you are getting it all sorted out though.

Stelena,
We just got home from picking up our new 560 (Nepenthe). We took 3 weeks and stayed in the trailer every night. I am going to add some lessons learned (the hard way) to this "Confessional" but one thing I learned is that while it is small it is not as "simple" as I first thought. :-)
