Brand new Camp-Inn, never been used, has never left the factory. We lived in Colorado when we ordered and bought the camper and have moved to the Chicago area due to family circumstances and we are not able to use the camper. The buyer will get title and full warranty. In addition, the trailer has ARB awnings installed by Camp-Inn, and an ARB side tent that attaches to the awning.
The invoice from Camp-Inn is $41,556. In addition, we paid ARB directly $1,152 for the awnings and side tent for a total cost of $42,708, and we paid Wisconsin sales tax of $2,285 for a total of $44,993.
The buyer will get a sales tax credit of $2,285 when you register the trailer in most states (will explain when we talk).
We are asking $41,000. As the buyer will save the $2,285 of sales tax already paid, the net cost of the trailer is $38,715.
