Green Bean Casserole:

Buttermilk White Sauce
11/2 lb fresh green beans (blanched)
1 C crushed French Fried Onions
½ cup Italian bread crumbs
1. In a lightly greased 12” DO stir together white sauce and green beans.
2. Combine French Fried Onions and bread crumbs. Sprinkle over green bean mixture.
3. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. Serve immediately.

¼ cup all-purpose flour
11/2 cups milk
½ cup butter milk
1 Tbsp Ranch Dressing mix
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1. In a medium pan, melt butter over medium heat; whisk in flour until smooth. Cook 1 minute, whisking constantly. Gradually whisk in 11/2 cups of milk; cook over medium heat, whisking constantly, 3 to 4 minutes or until mixture is thick and bubbly. Remove from heat, and whisk in buttermilk and remaining ingredients.
