Hello from The City of Roses

I am the third owner of a great 2008 550 Ultra that has resided in the Great Pacific NW. The camper has been well taken care of by all previous owners, and I am excited to enjoy the new experience of teardrop trailer travel. I will be taking my maiden voyage this coming weekend up into the Mt. Hood forest area. Later in the month I am planning a trip to the Southern Oregon coast and the California redwoods. I have learned a lot about equipment, accessories and other aspects of trailer ownership from this site. Cary from Camp Inn has been so helpful with all the questions I have posed to him over the last month or so. I had intended to purchase a new unit, but as luck and good fortune would have it, this camper became available and I could not say no to it's purchase. I have met one other owner in the Portland metro area, and would enjoy meeting more local owners to share stories and perhaps create new friends and camping experiences.

Congratulations! Oregon has many lovely spots to camp. Don't forget to watch for the NW Round up next year. Until then, if you see another CI, be sure to say hi.

You might want to check out TOW. There is a gathering the end of September in Mulino.

Welcome to another Portlander. We are here too, and will look forward to crossing oaths with you!

I did the same trip a couple of years ago with my son down through southern Oregon and the Redwoods. Great place for early trips! Enjoy!
