Here's an option we all might want

Boy, that's on the list...
Have one, just a regular one, battery, and works great (battery) so this will be the next step.

Gee, all I did was buy a cheap stick blender (immersion blender). Much more compact and travels well. I have a little inverter that I pull out for it or my coffee grinder if I'm on battery, and it does the trick.

LOL, so Gawd hep me... I got one, or a version of the one posted above. (Pic below)

Going to take it out for a test dive next week on the Coulee Dam trip.. question is, can I come up with enough recipes...
Hmmmm... I think I can...

Then the following week for a Aloha party and it's Debut
Geesh,
I call it "The Drink-A-Nator"
"Let's Mix it up a little..."

it's worth just sitting back with a beer and watching it work.. (I can't get the blasted vid to work, thinking it's a browser glitch, but have seen it.)

My vote goes to the Vitamix - not a blender for sure!

I make smoothies,(1 min.) hot soup potato soup from raw potatoes (4 mins.) ice cream, peanut butter from peanuts, bread dough from wheat...go to the link and ck. it out...cheap it ain't (mine was a gift) and it's not lite, but it's a doozy!
