Yes I want be be an owner, so I am out of place here. But what better place to get to know about something than on a forum.
My name is George, I reside in Middle Tennessee. I currently own a PUP as well as a Hybrid. Trying to sell both, since I am the only one camping any more. Wife decided she isn't interested. My interests are Golden Retriever dogs, camping and camp cooking.
Sooo without further adoo I will pose my question.... I am interested in a 550 Ultra. Does anyone want to part with theirs? Please no laughter.

Hi George,
Welcome! I think this is a great place to look for a used model as is talking to Cary or Craig. I know they have on occation helped owners sell their used units. Best of luck with your search!

Hey George! Whadaya mean you're outta place here? This place is for everyone that has one or wants one! I'm a wannabee too and I sure don't feel out of place! We're wanting to buy the 560 Ultra once this big house sells. We have a fifth wheel that we plan on living in and traveling with the Raindrop! Join right in! I'm researching too!

Keep it up Linda! Once you hit 50 posts you get to be a 'journeyman' (like me, haha)

I am pretty sure that this the way I want o go. I don't think I have seen one of these trailers in person, but from what I have seen on the different sites, this is the one I like.
So to answer direct Yes I would like to get a new one.

How ever I don't know if I can wait to have one made. LOL

George,
If you can't find a used model, you should talk to Cary at Camp-Inn to see what the current lead time is. Cary told me the lead time varies depending on time of the year ordered. I read here somewhere that someone waited 10 months. But we signed a build contract in late jan for pick-up in early May. Not great, but better than 10 months!

George, it is certainly worth it to talk to Cary about the lead time. When we signed up last Septemer, there was no wait at that time and our build went right into production. Even then, the two or three months in production seemed long - but at least you get to see progress photos every week. The wait is well worth it because you get your own custom trailer - built with exactly the options and extras that you want.
