How Is Resale Value

They seem to hold their value very well. There is a lot of demand, and the used ones tend to go quick! This might be a better question for Cary or the folks at Camp-Inn though. You could also look through the "for sale" area on the forum here and see what options folks had and what they were asking for their trailers. Most of the more recent sales have been for trailers that were newer. Plus, Camp-Inn has made lots of improvements over the years, so the quality of newer is as good as the past, with lots of upgrades.

We don't know. Nobody ever sells them... nah - just kidding. What Sarah said. :)

My experience has been very frustrating with regard to used value. NADA is very generic and does not give, in my opinion, a good valuation for used Camp-Inns. My bank will give me 100% financing on new but a little under 70% of value on a loaded Ultra 560 built in 2011. That's $17000 on a unit with initial cost of $25000.

That is correct, NADA guides is no use for used units in this case. They do a automatic depreciation plus they will not add in options and accessories. Their numbers have no basis in reality.

Typically our trailers sell used for about 90% of the original selling price. This varies of course based on condition and such, but even then not by much.

Bank financing of a used one is generally not a option unless you do a equity loan of some sort.
