And what keeps home values low. The township I live in has 9 people per square mile. And that includes the Olsen twins.
It gets used all year that’s for sure.

Most of the vegetation is really starting to pop down here about now. I got most of the pruning done about a month ago, so new growth is showing up on those shrubs. Mid 70s today, but into the 90's later this week, and supposed to break 100 mid next week. Will have to start thinking about heading north pretty soon.
