That bamboo cutting board looks very similar to the one I made. After getting and using our camper for just about 6 months last year, there were several minor changes I wanted to make. While Cary was helping me diagnose a fault tail-light unit, I was waiting on the replacement part. Wanting to reduce plastic use around food stuff, I made this during that waiting period. Funny that in one of our emails I mentioned it to Cary and he told me CI had started making one shortly after we took delivery of our camper. Would have saved me a few minutes of work but I do get the satisfaction of using my home built unit.
