I hate to say this but ours has a made in China sticker on it.

That explains why the wheel jack is the only thing I'm having problems with. The wheel wants to stick in one direction and not swivel as intended. I have to kick it to get it turned!
Nice to be the only problem, right?

Mike, I had the same issue. Try raising the trailer as far as you can, then applying a bit of lithium grease to the lower section of the jack (right at the top, where it disappers into the upper section). Then lower the trailer to spread that grease along the rest of the lower section and the wheel should turn freely for you. It really doesn't require a lot of grease to get things moving easier.

I checked the frame on our 560 again and just behind the hitch lever but in front of the LP tank ours is stamped in the metal "Made in China"Betsey said:Pat_W said:

Kewl, have the same problem, tried a silicon spray as it was the only thing handy, didn't help, so will try the Lithium Grease as recommended. It's a pain to move especially in the dirt or gravel..

Mine is stamped in the angle right on top, just behind the coupler that gets pushed down to lock the ball.
Either way I think no less of the unit. It is still top quality, and in 2 months we get to head south.

After further inspection on the frame the part that is stamped "Made in China" is actually on the part that accepts the ball. That is welded on to the actual frame.
Where the frame comes together just in front of the LP tank. I had just assummed that since the part was stamped "Made in China" that the whole frame was. Never occured to me that the part that accepts the ball would have come separately I knew it was an international trailer. I believe the windows have a "Made in Canada" sticker on them. It is sure nice to know though that the frame is made local. Guess one should never assume. But glad the where made question came up.
