Update Update On Our 560 Reception

Cary just told me via email that our 560 Ultra Raindrop will be loaded on a truck next Monday afternoon...now to get some sheets sewn together to put on that puppy...grandaughters are coming on the 13th for a week...they get the 5th wheel, we get the Raindrop! :) Hope it doesn't take TOO long to get here....pics will be forthcoming as soon as we can get them. We're SO-O-O excited! :)
 
Congratulations! We are anxiously waiting to see a 560 in the next week so that we can get an order in ASAP. Cary said the orders are coming in fast and steady. The folks closest to us may not be back in time, so we are checking to see if we can see L.M.'s in Valencia this weekend. Enjoy it!
 
I don't blame you for not ordering one without seeing it in person first, (I wouldn't) but you're probably gonna kick youself for waiting! They are THAT awesome!
 
I know...my gut tells me the same thing. My brain is telling me to put our ducks in a row first and make sure it's going to be a good fit. If my husband were a little shorter (he's 6'4) it would be an easier decision. :)
 
Oh yeah, that WOULD make me hesitate "just a bit" - but he's gonna fit just fine if he fits in a regular Queen sized bed...by the way - my husband's 5'2"....he REALLY fits! The 560 will give you even more room.
 
Our sweet baby CI 560 Ultra Raindrop is on the truck and ON IT'S WAY! Expected delivery is Tuesday (but we're praying for pre-mature delivery!) (That stork might get a tailwind - ya never know!) Spring Break starts here next Monday (this weekend actually) at our RV park and it's gonna be WILD with kids, parents and everyone wanting to get out. I expect lots of "look-see's" ! I need some business cards!

We bought a Eureka Northern Breeze tent last night at Cabela's - it wasn't set up, they had only one and I got them to set it up - I told them I didn't want to pay that much money for something site unseen. It's gonna be a 2 man job, but very easy! Yes!

Now to get some sheets and sew them together before we get it -cause we're spending the night in it first thing! :D
 
Oh, how very exciting for you. Folks at your park will go crazy. The plan is for us to pick ours up in Necedah (hopefully just after Labor Day) and then proceed on our east-bound adventure, so our friends here won't get to see it until it's about 6 weeks old.
 
So exciting! Congrats! The wait will have been worth it (and just think...it is so much shorter than if you had put in an order, waited for your order to hit the que, the build, and then shipping!). Enjoy your first of many nights sleeping in your new little RD!

Oh I hear ya! But holding my breath a whole weeks gonna be hard! That's why I say we're laboring- running around and getting things ready for it!
 
Guess what...we saw Dennis' 560 up in San Juan Capistrano this weekend and we LOVED it! We are just waiting for the paperwork! My husband fit just fine, and the bunks should work out for the kid (+1 in the future) for a while. Early on, our little pound mutts might fit too. Once we sign, the wait will begin...We will be getting the 560 Ultra with heat, A/C, etc. Keep us posted on how your first trip goes!
 
Our prayers have been answered! Pre-mature delivery is expected later this afternoon! (I'm trying really hard not to wet my pants....) :) Pics will be coming!
 
I am wondering if the family arrived for spring break and they are too busy playing to respond. Looking forward to hearing hoe it went with the first nights and what not!
