I have a REI Alcove with one windwall - like brand new - only used once - ran into some family heaith issues after I got it.

$100 plus shipping. Shipping weight would be about 17 - 18#.

Also, is this the REI that is no longer being made? Do you have a photo?
 
Don't have a phot0 of it set up and we have snow already. It is the one they no longer make - in the original bag. Only set up one time and has been stored in the camper. Would ship from 49707.
