Hi Folks-Found you by accident and have been reading all over here and learning new tidbits talking to Cary some as well. I've read and lurked over at the teardrop forum for over a year now.
I've realized with my experience in a small half pop popup and a vintage shasta (that is still sitting in my driveway with barely work done on it)....that I really just need a sweet bug out trailer for myself-when I need an overnight retreat and my family for fun camping/traveling that is DONE! AND doesn't require any schelping on my part with regard to chuck boxes or setting up a kitchen--bleck. The more I look and think I find how completely logical it is to have your whole kitchen out the back and not inside anything.
With regard to teardrops? You know that 70's song by ELO "yes I can't get you out of my head".....yeah, the fascination with tiny trailers just won't go away. I'm having a menopausal obsession here. I'm just woving Camp Inn tears read hugs and hearts....and I've never seen one in person. But I've looked at everything online that there is to look at.....I'm done and I'm not looking anymore.
So I'm a wannabee. I have to sell some stuff before I'm a gonnabee. My questions will follow in another thread. Yay to all of you who made their decisions and are enjoying the journery with their sweet tears!
