Hello

We are headed to Wisconsin next week to pick up our 560 Ultra on March 31 to bring home to SC. Looking forward to a lot of camping this summer on a trip out West.

Warren,

Welcome to the Camp Inn forum. Oh, the fun you will have picking up and using your new teardrop.

Picked it up today and spent a good bit of the day touring the facility to see how they are made. That was really cool to see them at various stages of the process. Also Cary showed us every thing on our camper. We are on our way back home to SC and look forward to getting started on our teardrop camping life.

We bought ours used, so never got the whole Camp-Inn 101 introductory in-service tour, but did get the tour of the factory when I had ours in for some service, and upgrades shortly after getting it, which was so much fun that we took it again at the CICO last fall, and enjoyed it as much as the first time through. Enjoy all of your new Camp-Inn adventures!

I visited the Mother Ship on March 18th, which was the only day that week Cary didn't have clients picking up their new trailer. It was my first time to see either a 550 or 560 in the flesh. When I placed my purchase order the week of Thanksgiving 2014 was based entirely on photos, specifications, descriptions, and the raving of all posters. I have to say that the quality of materials and the pride of workmanship that goes into each trailer is beyond my expectations. I have watched some of the CI's sold by previous owners on this forum, but there wasn't one with all the specification per my order. So I wait patiently, ... well maybe patiently isn't the correct adverb.

I'm envious of folks posting they are picking theirs up and driving them home. I would recognize each of you with out seeing your CI, because there would be no way to wipe the smiles off your faces.

Congrats and have a safe drive home.

You're so right! We picked up our 550 Special yesterday and can't stop smiling! The entire experience has been tremendous! When do you pick up yours?

Welcome and congrats Warren and ME.

I lived in the Beaufort/Bluffton area of South Carolina for three years before I started traveling full-time. Lot of nice campgrounds there to "test" your Camp-Inn at, if you can make it to Hunting Island State Park on the coast, I think that's my favorite state park of all time. :)

Never been to Hunting Island but it is on our to do list. As tent campers we have stuck to the mountains of SC & NC but looking forward to branching out to other places.
