My husband and I were driving south out of Duluth a couple of weeks ago and we came across three guys towing burleys with their bikes. One of them yelled out: "Look at that rinky-dink trailer!" Ouch!

A burley bike trailer is one of those bicycle-towable strollers (commonly used for older toddlers, pets, or gear).

I had just the opposite reaction when we were parked in a Menards in Cheyenne Wyoming. A lady walking by with her dog remarked "what a marvelous little tear drop". Made my day.

Actually, me too - and at one point in time (15-20 years ago) that might have been somewhat of a compliment - but since THOR bought them out, it is a bit less appealing.

Well, when they say it you can tell they mean it as a complement so I just take it that way and say, "no, it's better".

Funniest thig was some asked me if it 'got bigger' -- I told them you just hook it up to the cars tailpipe, and it inflated to full size. They said "Really?!!!!" Some people are so gullible and some are so mean Woo hahaha
